The Energy Exchange Program at Moksha Yoga New York City is unique and very special both to the studio and to the members of the Energy Exchange itself. It is a great to share in the positive vibes of MYNYC and continue your strong yoga practice.

 

It works like this... you work a 4 hour shift on the same day at the same time once a week helping to clean the studio (collecting mats, washing the floors, cleaning the showers, etc...) and in exchange you receive unlimited classes for the duration of your time with us. It's important to know going in, this is NOT A VOLUNTEER position.   We like to think of you as our AMBASSADORS.

 

It is hard work, the EE positions require commitment, work ethic and positive energy. It's also a great way to get to know your teachers and be a part of the Moksha Yoga community.
